EXPRESSION OF INTEREST: VENDOR

We are offering designated vendor estate slots within the event grounds in three strategic
grades:

IMPORTANT: ANON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE OF TEN
THOUSAND NAIRA (N10,000.00)

Grade A – Premium Vendor Zone

Location: Closest to main entrances, athlete lounges, VIP areas, and high-footfall zones.

Best For: Corporates, telecoms, banks, premium food chains, merchandise & hospitality
brands.

Facilities: overnight security, tenting support.

Rate: ₦10,000 per square metre

Minimum size: 9 sqm (3m x 3m)

Grade B – Central Vendor Lane

Location: Around general public access routes and viewing zones.

Best For: Fashion, electronics, books, services, mid-range food vendors, and souvenirs.

Facilities: General security, limited tenting, proximity to spectators.

Rate: ₦7,500 per square metre Minimum size: 6 sqm (2m x 3m)

Grade C – Open Market Stretch

Location: Peripheral areas of the grounds with casual foot traffic.

Best For: Local goods, crafts, beverages, snacks, mobile vendors.

Facilities: Basic security coverage.

Rate: ₦5,000 per square metre

Minimum size: 4 sqm (2m x 2m)

Regulations:

vendor opportunities are subject to prior approval.
Products/goods shall be safe, high-quality.
Vendors shall only be allowed to band within their lots/ No branding outside the acquired lots shall be allowed.
Commitment shall be finalized by 15th September 2025 to secure allocation.
Payment Mode: Direct transfer to event account
